OUT OF STOCK:
All orders containing items OUT OF STOCK will still be shipped with the items available. Please note that only the products available will be charged to your credit card, and the shipping rate will be ajusted as well the state tax.

Dissatisfaction With Items
If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased from us, we can refund it for you under the following terms:
- It must be within 7 days from the date of the delivery. After that see manufacturer's warranty for details.
- Items must be in like new condition. Items that have been damaged, will not be eligible for a refund, and may only be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of delivery.
- Open items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the labor cost of getting these items back into salable condition (i.e. counting tracts to make sure the right number are still in the package; re-shrink-wrappings).
- Any merchandise that has been installed in a vehicle, including car stereos, radar detectors and multimedia devices, is not refundable or exchangeable. See Manufacturer's warranty for details.
- Opened CD-R/RW discs, DVD-R/RW discs, audio cassettes, and VHS tapes are non-refundable.
- All Digital Satellite Systems sales are final. See Manufacturer's warranty for details.
- All delivery fees are non-refundable. If a second delivery is necessary, additional fees may incur.
To arrange for a refund, simply call us at 973-368-4911. We will need your first and last name, along with the date of your purchase. You will arrange to mail the items back to us (at your own expense). When those items are received by our shipping department, and found to be in like new condition, your purchase will be refunded.

Items Damaged in Shipping
You should never accept the delivery of a crushed or obviously damaged box. If an item you purchase from us has been obviously damaged in shipping we ask that you refuse delivery. If the item was delivered when you were not present, and the container is obviously damaged, call us at 973-368-4911(before you open the package if possible), and we will help you from there.
Warranty Claims Must Be Accompanied By Your Receipt
Returned Goods must be accompanied by your receipt, and all original packaging, documentation and parts.
